As many of you might of known, the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade has been super popular. I decided to order one to see what the hype was all about, this product can be found at:
I ordered the shade Dark Brown, surprisingly this turned out to be a perfect shade for my brows. After reading several reviews, i learnt that a little goes a long way. When i first tried this product, i felt that a little does go a long way, I was shocked to see the amount needed for both of my brows.
How i apply? I dip the tip of my brush into the product then start at the tail of my brows, since this is where the brows are darkest, i then gradually work my way towards the start of my brows, i finish off my defining the edges and brushing the product through my brows. I have found that this is the best way to apply the pomade, the product lasts all day on my brows without smudging.
Colour selection: As it may be difficult to pick a colour that is right for your brows, i would recommend looking online to see which colour suits you, i looked at a few before choosing dark brown, to be honest i really wasn't sure which colour was right, but in the end i was glad that dark brown was the correct colour.
Overall, i would recommend this pomade to everyone, seriously it's a must have product and is fairly affordable. You can also use a brow pencil and powder together with the pomade.
Have you tried the dipbrow pomade before?

I am so glad you loved your purchase, Lisa. I am actually also quite eager to give it a go. However, whenever I try to purchase it online, the colours just confuse me. Perhaps I should head down to the store to get the right shade :)

I really need something for my eyebrows at the moment, I just finished my normal eyebrow wax.
ReplyDeleteJust wondering, what is the texture of the product? is it a gel? or a powder?

I would say it's like a thick creamy smooth texture, hope this was helpful!
DeleteI really want to try this but am unsure of which colour - it's a bit risky ordering online! I haven't done any research though, but Dark Brown seems like a good shade.
